Jeff Garnett has a well-earned reputation as one of Tauranga's most established and successful real estate salespeople. Winning many Salesperson of the Year awards and Regional awards has kept Jeff at the top of Tauranga Real Estate now for over 14 years.

The owners, Kevin and Lorraine wanted to move to the Mount and they had a timeframe to work with. We formulated a very competitive marketing plan for them and achieved an unconditional offer on the property, which fitted in with their plans. The marketing created a good number of leads and our database of buyers was also instrumental in a concluded sale.

The vendor new, and had approached several real estate agents before asking myself to market and sell there property. They chose me because of good sound local knowledge and experience.
