• I approached Julie when she was referred to me by an Eves colleague in Papamoa. Eves appealed to me because of their high profile and knowledge of the Bay of Plenty region.
  Julie gave me an appraisal of my property in the form of a “Marketing Submission” which also outlined trending in the market and comparisons to similar properties in the area. At the time I thought the appraisal was optimistic but come auction day she was right “on the money”. When deciding to list Julie clearly explained the options available and recommended an auction for my property.
