When Todd knocked on our door, starting out as a new agent, he immediately gave us a good, trustworthy impression. He was the only agent that promised to take care of our tenant, if she needed to move out. Todd has come through with his word and is currently assisting her through the right channels to find a new home for her. Todd is a not-too-serious person and we love that about him, we had many laughs. But when it came to the business end of striking a deal, he showed he is capable to negotiating a sale in a short period of time with a better result than we were expecting. Todd's communication is great, we never felt left in the dark. I will be recommending him to my friends and family. If you don't want the stereotypical salesperson, Todd is your man. We listed with Todd to sell our property in Papamoa, from the get go of providing an appraisal through to signing of the contract, his communication was always prompt, accurate and concise.
