
The latest statistics from the Real Estate Institue of New Zealand have been released, showing a continued steadying of the market.
The median sale price for the Bay of Plenty has increased by 7.1%, year on year to $830,000. The total number of sales for August 2025 was 347, a decrease from last year's 400 sales. Median days to sell has also decreased by 10.5% to 51, from 57 in total last August.
